1 | Definitions
In these General Terms & Conditions:
1 | Cooling-off Period: the period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
2 | Consumer: any natural person not acting in a professional or commercial capacity who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
3 | Day: calendar day.
4 | Durable Data Carrier: any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference.
5 | Right of Withdrawal: the consumer’s option to dissolve the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
6 | Model Form: the withdrawal form provided by the entrepreneur, which the consumer may use to exercise the right of withdrawal.
7 | Entrepreneur: LNRBL Brands BV, operating under the name Lion+Rebel.
8 | Distance Contract: a contract concluded exclusively through distance communication within the entrepreneur’s organised system for distance selling.
9 | Means of Distance Communication: any means used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
10 | General Terms & Conditions: these terms and conditions of LNRBL Brands BV.

3 | Applicability
These General Terms & Conditions apply to every offer, order and distance contract between Lion+Rebel and the consumer.
Before the contract is concluded, these terms are made available in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier. If additional conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the provision most favourable to them.
4 | The Offer
Lion+Rebel presents each product as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings. Obvious mistakes or typographical errors do not bind the entrepreneur.
Each offer clearly states:
- the price including VAT
- any shipping costs
- whether the right of withdrawal applies
- how the agreement is concluded
- payment and delivery methods
- the validity period of the offer
5 | The Agreement
1 - The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and the order is confirmed.
2 - When ordered electronically, the consumer receives an immediate confirmation email.
3 - Lion+Rebel ensures a secure online environment and proper technical safeguards.
4 - Lion+Rebel may conduct a creditworthiness check where legally permitted.
5 - Upon delivery, the consumer receives all legally required information, including: company details / instructions on the right of withdrawal / guarantee and service information / the withdrawal model form
All orders are subject to product availability.
6 | Right of Withdrawal
For products:
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product. During this period, the consumer must handle the item and packaging with care and only inspect it as necessary to determine suitability.
Withdrawal can be made via:

- the withdrawal form available on the website
After notification, the consumer must return the product within 14 days.
7 | Costs in Case of Withdrawal
1 - Return costs are covered by Lion+Rebel.
2 - Lion+Rebel refunds the full purchase amount within 14 days after withdrawal, provided the product is returned or proof of return is supplied.
3 - Refunds are made through the original payment method.
4 - The consumer is liable for any depreciation resulting from excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
8 | Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Lion+Rebel may exclude the right of withdrawal for:
- Hygiene-sensitive items; Underwear (including boxershorts) with broken or removed hygiene seals.
Other exclusions include:
- bespoke or personalised items
- items not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed
- items whose nature makes them unsuitable for return
When applicable, exclusions are clearly stated on the product page.
9 | Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Lion+Rebel is not bound by obvious pricing errors.
10 | Conformity & Warranty
Lion+Rebel guarantees that all products comply with the contract, legal requirements and reasonable expectations of quality and performance.
Legal warranty always applies and is not limited by manufacturer warranties.
Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery to: info@lionandrebel.com
11 | Delivery & Execution
- Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
- Orders are shipped within 30 days, unless a different timeframe is agreed.
- If delayed, the consumer is notified within 30 days and may dissolve the contract free of charge.
- Upon dissolution, refunds are issued within 14 days.
- Lion+Rebel bears the risk of loss or damage until delivery to the consumer.
12 | Payment
Payments are made through the methods offered at checkout.
If payment issues arise, statutory collection fees may apply.
13 | Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted via info@lionandrebel.com
Lion+Rebel responds within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer may use the EU Online
Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
14 | Disputes
All agreements and these terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
The Vienna Sales Convention does not apply.
15 | Additional or Deviating Provisions
Additional provisions may not disadvantage the consumer and must be provided in a durable, accessible format.
