Placing an Order
You can place an order as a guest or create an account. Guest checkout allows you to shop quickly without additional steps. Creating an account provides faster checkout, access to your order history and the ability to receive exclusive updates in the future. Regardless of your choice, all details are entered on a single, streamlined checkout page for a smooth and efficient experience.

Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is completed and the payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing your order number. If you do not see the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or promotional folders. Orders are processed on business days, and once prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a Track & Trace code to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Pre-Order Items
Some items may be offered as a pre-order. In such cases, the estimated shipping window is shown on the product page and during checkout. Your order will be reserved immediately and shipped as soon as the item becomes available. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation once the pre-order has been dispatched.

During checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery address or select a local service point. Depending on your location, evening delivery options may also be available. Your selection will be clearly shown during checkout to ensure the delivery fits your schedule.
